I filed a motion, the other party responded. And I would like to know if I should respond and file a response. Or respond by just presenting it in court on our hearing date. What is best?
If I am not adding to the hearing but responding to his proposal, is it best to file a response or just discuss in court? I am looking for what a judge/court prefers as standard practice.
