What are some countries that have bad parenting skills?

I already have America and how parents spoil their children and do not know how to discipline.

and I have China and how parents feel it is their “duty” to beat their children when they do something wrong. and how no one will call the police when they hear a child being punished severely.

I need to know a country or countries that lack good parenting skills, and what they are exactly. thank you so much

best answer will be chosen.
I’m sure that bad parenting is caused by”individuals” but i am talking about the countries with the most stastistics of bad parenting.

   Well, in some places in Africa, parents subject their daughters to female circumcision. They force the girls down and cut off the ******** against the girls will, with no anesthetic or anything. These are not babies either, they are usually around puberty. That’s pretty bad parenting if you ask me.
