How do I go about establishing a legal parenting plan?

My and I have 2 children and things were going okay until recently and it has occured to me that we need a very detailed parenting plan that we are legally obligated to follow.

Does it cost money to have an arbiter help us with the matter? Who do I talk to, what do I do? I need help ASAP :-( He is my ex boyfriend, we were neer married :-) The oldest is not his biological child but I am going to treat it as shs is, regardless of legal advantage to my side, because he has been taking care of her for 5 years.

Do people know the difference between an authorative parenting style and a authoratarian style?

There was a question on here about authorative and some people answered it stating that the child would lack self esteem becuase they would never be in control with the authorative parenting style. It’s actually the authoratarian style that would fall under not the authorative.

For me there are many many things…but one is that my son is 3 and has no idea what Kool Aid is! I was raised on the stuff…as were a lot of the kids I knew….but my kdis get juice, milk, and a lot of water. When I was a kid I NEVER drank water….it was yucky. Now it is all I drink. I like to give it to my son as well. He likes it.

That is just one….what are yours?

Parenting?

WOW i just read a article that gave info on parenting and discipline, apparently negitive reinforcement ect, is demeaning to children, upsets them and kurbs their creativity! ***??? so now parents are to be their childs friends rather than parents i can see it now “i don’t discipline because it might hurt their feelings” but on the up side prisons are proving to be nice places!
Anyone elses thoughts on todays parenting???? sorry for the rant
